Our Child to Staff Ratios
As Ofsted’s guidelines clearly state, child safety depends on a good child-to-staff ratio. That’s why at TA Sport Stars we follow Ofsted’s recommendations for every camp we deliver:
Aged 5 -6
For this age group we insist on a ratio of just 8 children per staff member.
Aged 7-8
For this age group we have one staff member per 16 children.
Ages 8+
For this age group we have one staff member per 20 children.
